    Acceptance of Communication:

By signing up, you are confirming that you have
read and fully understand the Terms & Conditions outlined and are willing
to accept Refersion as an accurate method for tracking your supplement
commissions. This software is used by world class eCommerce companies and
although we fully expect adjustments to be made to better serve you, all
    expected features are present here.

    Commission Calculation:

    1. Commission will be given based on email
association first. We encourage you to condition your clients to use the same
email for every order to ensure you get credit.

    2. If they are not your client, we will
prioritize affiliate links as the second mode of commission. You'll be able to
create a link on the inside of the Affiliate portal and share with anyone you'd
    like.

    3. The final way of attribution is through
    coupon codes. If someone uses
a coupon code that is your client it will not impact your commissions.

However, if you distribute your coupon codes on major websites in order to massively impact your supplement commissions, we do have the right to disable and reject future commissions associated with the code.

    Payment of Commissions:

All Affiliates will be required to setup a PayPal for payment of commissions. This allows us to quickly approve supplement
commissions and push them to your account.

Practitioner Depot is not responsible for paying any third-party fees charged by PayPal in order for you
    to receive your commissions.

Commission payments will be paid once a month, with an accumulation period of 30 days for balances over $15.00. Balances under $15.00 will carry over and continue to cumulate until that limit is reached. We reserve the right, in our discretion, to change, modify or reject the available commission payment methods or payment schedule at any time.

We do not guarantee that an Affiliate will earn a specific value of commission payments.

Unfortunately, we do not plan on making exceptions to these payment rules, but if you have extenuating
    circumstances, please contact [email protected]

    Commission Exclusions:

We will not pay commissions on Shipping, Taxes,
    Discounts, Labs or Refersion Fees.
